A standard component on conversion presses all over the world, the SD230 FLEX and the SD230 MINI double shell and missing tab detection systems provide two key quality inspection points on the conversion press, preventing two shells from entering a press and ensuring the tab has been attached as the end exits the machine. The SD2230 FLEX and the SD230 MINI function the same as previous generation double shell and missing tab detectors with additional features and flexibility.
The following previous generation double shell and missing tab detectors are obsolete and directly replaced with the SD230 FLEX and SD230 MINI: SD200, SD122, SD123, SD133, SD220, SD222, SD223, SD230, SD232, SD233.
