Delivery and Returns

All Prime Controls products are hand assembled and inspected by our experts right here in the USA. Same-day shipment is available on most parts for domestic customers.


We understand that occasionally parts may be ordered in error and may require return. For those instances, we have outlined our return policy below.


Items may be returned unopened and in original condition within 30 days of shipment date without incurring a restocking fee. A full refund for the items returned will be made or the balance due will be adjusted if the invoice hasn’t been paid. If the items returned affect the per piece price due to a discount given for quantity discounts, the per unit price may be adjusted to reflect an accurate price for the quantity ultimately received. We reserve this right.


Items returned after 30 days of shipment date will incur a restocking fee in the amount of 20 percent of the value of the items returned. Items must be unopened and in original, new condition.

Repair Procedure

We hold high standards for within our repair department and strive for a 7-day turnaround. Upon arrival, the product will be inspected for defects. A diagnostic test will be performed to determine the malfunctioning components. If a problem with the product is found, the product will be fixed and will be tested and operated for 8 to 12 hours.

 

All repairs are covered under warranty for three months from the day the product is shipped back to you.

As part of our ongoing product development and product life cycle process. Prime Controls will periodically discontinue the sale of specific products. Prime Controls will always work to ensure there is a convenient replacement that meets or exceed the previous product specification.

Repair Rates

For products outside of product warranty, standard repair rates may apply for certain products. Request quote for details. If no standard repair rate applies, repairs will be charged an hourly rate. 

Labor Rate: $180 USD/hour

Labor Rate for Non-Prime Controls Products: $360 USD/hour

Handling Rate for International: $50 USD Flat

Field Service & Installation Rates

Travel time, expenses, and materials are not included and will be charged additionally.

Monday-Friday: $180 USD/hour

($270 USD/hour for weekdays over eight hours)

Weekends and Holidays: $300 USD/hour
