Prime Controls offers complete end light leak detection for high-speed EOE conversion presses with its Light Leak Detection Series.
The detection series is comprised of the LH200, Light Head Sensor and SL100, LED Strobe Lamp. The system will detect holes through metal can ends on a conversion press with leak diameters 5 microns and below outperforming industry requirements, and at rates over 1,100 ends per minute.
