The DS-FLEX is a multi-channel, flexible double sheet detection system, designed to detect double sheets of ferrous and non-ferrous metals efficiently. This versatile detector can sense both the presence or absence of metal and perform material gauging, all within a single system. Its flexible controller allows for multiple configurations, enabling it to operate two independent contacting probes, two pairs of non-contacting pass-thru probes, or a combination of one contacting probe and one pass-thru probe set. With the DS-FLEX, users can streamline their detection processes and enhance operational efficiency, making it an essential tool for various industrial applications.
