The state of Ohio has issued a Stay at Home Order effective 11:59 p.m. on March 23rd, 2020 until 11:59 p.m. on April 6, 2020.
In preparation for such an event, Prime Controls has made plans to continue to support you while complying with the Stay at Home Order by maintaining the safety of our employees through remote operations. Please continue to send quote and product inquiries through the same channels you have in the past. Our main email address is vip@primecontrols.com. You should not see any interruption in quoting, product inquiries, or service questions should you reach out via email. Prime Controls has been designated an essential business, as a manufacturer supplying to the food and beverage industry. However, for the safety of our employees, our production and shipping personnel will be operating on a limited schedule in compliance with the local government and the CDC’s recommendations. Therefore, while we typically strive to ship our products the same day the order is received, we will be moving to a once per week shipping schedule. Urgent orders will be expedited as needed.
