TERMS: Net 30. To companies with satisfactory credit history. All invoices and prices reflect U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa & MasterCard.

Delivery charges are extra.

SHIPPING METHODS: We ship via United Parcel Service insured unless otherwise specified, .

MINIMUM BILLING $100.00 per order plus transportation charges

DATE: Shipping dates are approximate and are based upon receipt of all necessary information.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION: or invoicing $50.00 US Dollars handling charge on each order. This covers bank charges, exit paperwork and other incidental expenses not incurred with domestic sales

1. Discounts apply to standard catalog items only. Special products or modified standard products are subject to individual negotiation.

2. Discounts apply only to like units ordered at one time on a single purchase order.

3. Discounts are based on total quantity shipped at one time.

4. Discounts are based on shipment to one destination only.

LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES All goods purchased from Prime Controls, Inc. shall be free from defects in materials, design and workmanship under normal conditions of use for one year from the date of shipment and twelve weeks if repaired after new product warranty has expired. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE LIABILITY OF PRIME CONTROLS TO ANY PURCHASER SHALL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO THE COST OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE PARTS, AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY.

Repair Information: HOURLY RATES AND CHARGES FOR REPAIRS AFTER WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED

INHOUSE LABOR RATE: $180.00 per hour

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: $50.00

Our repair procedure: On arrival, we visually inspect for obvious defects. A diagnostic test is performed to determine any malfunction in components. If a problem is not found, the unit is allowed to operate under various temperatures an other known conditions that might effect operation. If a problem is found and fixed, the unit is operated for an additional 8 to 24 hours. Our goal is to turn your repair around in one day. The average charged time for a repair is 1 hour. We will ask for your permission to continue if we estimate the charge to repair exceeds one half the value of a new unit. If you limit the amount on the repair, a note must accompany the repair when returned to Prime Controls, Inc.

REPAIR WARRANTY: All repaired items are covered by a three month warranty (from the date of shipment back to the customer).

FIELD SERVICE AND INSTALLATION RATES: $180.00 per hour, regular time Monday through Friday (minimum of $520.00 for fraction of a day). $240.00 per hour, weekdays over 8 hours. $300.00 per hour, weekends and holidays (minimum $1200.00) plus travel time, expenses and materials. Rates also apply to travel time. FIELD ENGINEERING ASSISTANCE $180.00 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours a day.
